Today, Carolyn has combined her experience in real estate with her legal training and is contributing her many talents to Dorner Law & Title Services. Carolyn enjoys helping clients acquire, transfer, develop, and finance residential and commercial properties and also represents many national and local lenders with their real estate needs and the closing process. Behind every successful real estate lawyer is a well run and managed office. Dorner Law & Title Services is no exception. Julie Gingras has been providing this office with exceptional organization, ensuring the highest level of real estate services since January of 2007. Her delightful and easy going personality makes for a pleasant work environment and ensures that clients always feel comfortable and cared for.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Merrimack College in 2005. She currently lives in Chelmsford with her husband and newborn son.
Nora Daigle, Legal Assistant & Title Clearing Specialist
Nora is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts. She and her husband just bought their first home in Wakefield! She attended Clark University in Worcester where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in History in 2009. She furthered her education by participating in an Accelerated Degree Program at Clark and received a Masters in History in 2010, with a concentration in Holocaust and Genocide Studies. During her free time she volunteers at a local history museum in Westford, she enjoys alpine skiing and is a big Red Sox Fan. Nora handles closing all Sales in the office. She has also excelled in our title research department and is our in-house title clearing specialist.
Brianna Whiteway, Legal Assistant and CCE Conversion Specialist
Brianna comes to us from a small town in Vermont. She relocated to Billerica upon graduating from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (with a concentration in Education). She assists with a variety of tasks in the office but specializes in handling our Refinances. Brianna recently took on the role of conversion specialist for our new office software. (We are one of two law firms in the state of Massachusetts to implement this highly efficient, state-of-the-art program!) Outside of the office Brianna has an interest in architectural design, hiking and ice hockey!
Monica Sheehan, Legal Assistant
Like many of our clients, Monica came to us by word of mouth and we are delighted that she joined our team back in 2011. Monica lives in Worcester and is part of a close-knit and extended family. She received her Bachelors’ degree in English from Northeastern in 2008. Monica works hard in our loan closing department and has done a terrific job of putting her editing skills to use in her position with us. She notices all the details!
Linh Nguyen, Legal Assistant
Linh comes to us all the way from Seattle Washington and brings a “West Coast perspective” to the office. She is a graduate of University of Washington with a BA in economics and attended the University of New Hampshire School of Law, obtaining her Jurist Doctor in May of 2011. In the office she keeps everyone well fed as she is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and cookies are her specialty. Linh is proud of her name (pronounced “Linn”) but says she’s never worried when it gets misspelled or mispronounced as she likes people to have the freedom to express their creativity. She also enjoys gardening, animals, and outdoor activities such as camping and rock climbing but, where she finds the time we’re not sure, as she is always hard at work at her desk!
Mason Kolb, Office Grunt
Mason is our high school student who handles all of the behind the scenes work. Mason took over the job when his older brother left for college in 2013 and now handles such mundane tasks as shredding, scanning, filing and e-mail organizer. His older brother, Konor, continues to help out with title runs and file preparation, all things he can do while away at school.
