COVID-19 Notice

COVID-19 has certainly changed the way Dorner Law operates, but it has not diminished our high standards, the quality of our service, or promptness of our responses. We continue to ensure that your real estate transactions are completed in a timely manner, and with all of the expertise, experience, and support that our team has always offered.

All of our staff are fully vaccinated, and several members of our team are working remotely through our secure VPN, which has always been an integral part of our practice. The team members remaining in the office are adhering to the suggested guidelines and protocols, including but not limited to the following:

  • Ensuring that all closing participants and staff are wearing masks;
     

  • Requiring all guests to use the hand sanitizer provided upon entry to our office;
     

  • Sanitizing all surfaces after every closing;
     

  • Washing hands and maintaining appropriate social distancing;
     

  • Restricting access to the office to essential personnel and clients only.

We have also altered our closing and signing practices to include the following options:

  • Indoor closings and signings in our conference room with a tabletop Plexiglass barrier;
     

  • Outdoor closings and signings at our patio table, weather permitting;
     

  • Car closings and signings in our spacious parking lot.
